How I sprinkle word magic to create irresistible copy
PROBLEM
Business customers complained to NatWest that their online forms were too complicated.
SOLVED
Business customers wanted quick and easy forms to help them manage their NatWest account – from changing a standing order to ordering a statement. So, I rewrote the forms following the holy trinity of UX writing, ‘Be clear, be concise, be useful’.
RESULTS
NatWest business customers said they were happy because the forms were now simpler and quicker to complete – saving them time and hassle. It was also a win for NatWest, as customers spent less time contacting them for help.
